This policy explains how billing, subscriptions, and refunds work on Proposal.biz.

1. Subscription Plans

Proposal.biz may offer both free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on your choice at the time of purchase.

    • Plan features, limits, and prices are listed on our pricing page.

You agree to be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel before your renewal date.

2. Billing & Invoices

    • You can update your billing details anytime from your account settings.

    • Invoices are emailed and/or accessible in your account dashboard.

    • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your access until resolved.

3. Free Trials

We may offer limited-time free trials of premium plans.

    • Trials automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.

    • You’ll be notified when your trial is ending.

4. Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds for any paid plan, including:

    • Partial months

    • Unused time on your subscription

    • Downgrades or unused features

We encourage users to explore our free plan or trial before upgrading.

However, if you believe you were charged in error or under exceptional circumstances, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We’ll review requests on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee refunds.

5. Plan Changes

    • Upgrade anytime: You’ll be charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining billing period.

    • Downgrade or cancel: Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

    • No partial refunds will be given for downgrades.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

You will not be billed again unless you reactivate or upgrade your account.

7. Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (like GST or VAT). Taxes will be added at checkout as required by your country or state laws.
