- Statement of Work Reliance: This quotation is subject to the conditions, assumptions, deliverables, exclusions, and project parameters outlined in the attached Statement of Work executed between Northstar Manufacturing Inc. and Acme Services LLC.
- Variable Labor Hours: Any total hours stated in this quotation are estimates only and may change as the work progresses. Acme Services LLC will bill for actual hours incurred at the specified rate of $125/hr unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Out-of-Pocket Expenses: Out-of-pocket, work-related charges, including approved travel, materials, third-party fees, and similar reimbursable expenses, will be submitted separately and must be paid upon receipt.
- Commercial Transparency: Any adjustments to scope, timeline, staffing, assumptions, or delivery conditions may require a revised quotation or written change authorization.
- Validity Period: No pricing, term, or condition in this quotation shall remain available for acceptance beyond 30 days from issuance unless extended in writing by Acme Services LLC.
Acceptance of this quotation confirms agreement with the commercial structure described here and the service framework set out in the attached Statement of Work.
