Prolexity reduced the proposal time to single minutes and improved close rate significantly

Prolexity is an independent communications firm in Boulder, Colorado. It builds earned-media credibility for AI, robotics and deep tech companies, a practice it calls Credibility Architecture.

Its work spans four disciplines: earned media, AI search visibility, executive visibility and narrative development.

For a small firm, the hours spent on a proposal are hours not spent on research and client work. In his previous tool, one proposal took Doyle about three hours, and much of that went into manual formatting.

PDFs added more. Some of his clients print their proposals, so page breaks had to be fixed by hand on every request.

Doyle runs every proposal through the same sequence. Two tools prepare the input, Proposal.biz does the building that used to take hours, and one more pass polishes the text.

Proposal.biz sizes each page automatically, so content does not break in awkward places. That matters most when a client asks for a printout, and it removes the cleanup from every PDF request.

Pie charts, bar charts and illustrations are generated on demand. Doyle uses the illustrations more than he expected, and it saves him design time he used to spend elsewhere.
