Business Contract Template Overview
Not every business arrangement needs a heavyweight legal document, but it does need to be written down. This business contract template gives you a general-purpose structure for naming the parties, setting out terms and obligations, and defining what happens if either side does not deliver, so a simple business contract does not require starting from a blank page or a downloaded form.
Because the layout stays consistent, every contract your company sends looks like it belongs to the same organisation. Fill in the specifics, send it as a link, and the other party can sign without downloading anything or printing a page.
