Pricing summary
Total Estimated Investment equals the services subtotal less the discount, plus applicable taxes.
Payment and rescheduling
- An upfront deposit of 25% ($162.50) is required before work begins.
- The remaining balance of $487.50 is due within 7 days of project completion.
- A late payment fee of $25.00 applies if the balance remains unpaid 10 days after its due date.
- Accepted payment methods are Cash, Credit Card, Check, and Online Electronic Transfer.
Schedule changes and quote validity
Client must give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. A schedule change made with less notice incurs a $50.00 re-booking fee. This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Operational terms
Changes to the scope
Work beyond the scope of this quote requires a new written contract and an additional 25% deposit before secondary work begins.
Property access and site conduct
Client agrees to be present or provide access to the property during scheduled work hours. Handyman will act respectfully and professionally and maintain basic safety standards. Upon completion, Handyman will remove tools and clear debris, leaving the work area neat.

Disruptions and emergencies
Work may cause noise and minor disruption. Handyman will mitigate disruption where possible. Extreme weather, calamities, or emergencies may require cancellation at short notice; Handyman will notify Client and promptly arrange a new schedule.
Termination, warranty and governing law
Termination
If Client cancels the work, Client must pay for all labor performed and materials purchased up to termination. Handyman may terminate immediately if Client acts unprofessionally or creates unsafe working conditions.
Workmanship warranty
Handyman guarantees that materials and labor will be free from defects for 12 months from completion. This warranty excludes damage caused by Client misuse, negligence, or natural disasters.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Oregon, with jurisdiction in Portland, Oregon, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
