Proposal introduction and core mission

Following initial discovery, Northstar Growth Advisors proposes a 12-month engagement to help Harborview Learning Co. pursue annual revenue of $1,800,000, measured against current annual revenue of $1,200,000. This is a planning target, subject to the confirmed baseline, available budget, implementation capacity, and market response; it is not a revenue guarantee.

Current situation baseline

Discovery baseline
Annual revenue: $1,200,000
Customer volume: 1,000 per year
Average customer spend: $1,200 per year
Qualified leads per month: 160
12-month objective
Annual revenue: $1,800,000
Customer volume: 1,200 per year
Average customer spend: $1,500 per year
Qualified leads per month: 240
At kickoff, both parties will confirm the definitions, data sources, and reporting periods for these measures. Monthly reviews will compare actual results with the agreed baseline and identify changes to the plan.

Core strategic pillars

Expert positioning
Build Harborview Learning Co.'s authority through its public profile, guest publications, speaking opportunities, and relevant media outreach.
Marketing and tracking optimization
Establish reliable analytics and improve the existing inbound and outbound channels before expanding spend.
Intelligent offers and lead conversion
Develop lead-capture offers and a consistent path from inquiry to qualified conversation and sale.

12-month plan of action

Each monthly milestone produces an asset, process, or reviewable decision. Priorities may be resequenced by written agreement when baseline findings or client dependencies warrant it.
Month 1: Quick wins and low-hanging fruit
Confirm the baseline, audit current activity, and deliver a prioritized quick-win action list with owners and tracking measures.
Month 2: Social media and profile overhaul
Revise priority profiles, messaging, and calls to action; deliver a profile update pack for approval.
Month 3: Growth systems and automation
Map lead sources and handoffs, configure agreed tracking and automations, and test the lead-routing workflow.
Month 4: Thought leadership and content creation
Agree on editorial themes and produce the first approved thought-leadership assets and publication calendar.
Month 5: Outbound campaign optimization
Review targeting and outreach performance, revise messaging and sequences, and report initial test results.
Month 6: Sales process workshop and simplification
Run a sales-process workshop and deliver an updated qualification, follow-up, and handoff playbook.

Plan of action: months 7–12

Month 7: Content syndication and automation
Select approved distribution channels, repurpose existing assets, and document the publishing workflow.
Month 8: Speaking engagements and event outreach
Build a relevant event list, prepare a speaking pitch, and begin agreed organizer outreach.
Month 9: Media and podcast appearances
Prepare spokesperson topics and a media kit, then pitch suitable publications and podcast hosts.
Month 10: Publishing and asset compilation
Compile approved articles, talks, and campaign materials into reusable sales and authority assets.
Month 11: Paid traffic acquisition expansion
Present a paid-channel test plan and budget for approval; launch only campaigns separately authorized by Harborview Learning Co.
Month 12: Review, scale and compounding optimization
Deliver a year-end performance review, document what worked, and recommend the next operating plan.
At each monthly review, Northstar Growth Advisors will report completed milestones, agreed activity measures, available commercial results, and decisions needed from Harborview Learning Co.

Illustrative growth scenario

Fictional example for planning only. The figures below are hypothetical and do not describe a real client or verified results.
Starting point
$900,000 annual revenue; 750 customers; $1,200 average annual spend.
Strategic interventions
Example activities: clarify offer messaging, test lead-capture pages, and standardize sales follow-up.
Modeled outcome after 12 months
$1,200,000 annual revenue if customer volume reaches 1,000 and average annual spend remains $1,200. This is a scenario, not a forecast or performance claim.
