  • Third-party costs such as paid fonts, stock imagery, premium plugins, hosting, or developer implementation are excluded unless listed explicitly in the quote.
This estimate is based on the scope, timing assumptions, and client responsibilities listed above. Any material change to scope, schedule, or deliverables should be documented and approved in writing before work continues.

Acceptance & Sign-off

To accept this quote, the client should sign below and return a copy by email, along with any required purchase order or internal approval reference. Work may begin once the signed quote is received and the deposit has cleared.
